Committed to Better Delivery – Practice Simulation of the Entire Customer Order Process

At HiWEIGH, we believe that great service is not only about delivering products, but also about delivering trust. We know that every order represents a promise to our customers.

In May, our team conducted a comprehensive simulation of the entire delivery process of customer orders, bringing together sales, purchasing, production, warehouse and merchandising. From order entry to final delivery, we constantly raised possible emergencies, such as customers temporarily modifying orders, unexpected inventory discrepancies, material shortages in the production process, logistics changes, etc., to observe the response and collaboration capabilities of each department.

Everyone reflected from the customer’s perspective on whether each step is efficient enough or whether there are risks. After the practice, we conducted an in-depth review and had a heated discussion on the unclear and unsmooth parts of the process, and formed a preliminary optimization plan and emergency plan.

This is not just a process practice, but also to improve the team’s accuracy, collaboration and responsiveness, which are crucial. We will continue to organize such practices regularly to lay a solid foundation for satisfactory delivery to every customer.
